This Privacy Policy describes how Delivery Tracker Pro ("the App," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when branch administrators and drivers use the App to manage and complete deliveries.
Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, and/or phone number used to sign in and identify branch admins and drivers within the App.
- Delivery information: customer names, delivery addresses, and delivery status entered or assigned within the App, used solely to coordinate and track deliveries.
- Branch admin accounts: name, email address, and/or phone number, provided by the admin when they sign in.
- Driver accounts: created within the App by a branch admin, not by the driver directly. Driver accounts typically include a name and a login credential (such as a username or PIN); phone number for a driver is only collected if the admin chooses to enter one during setup.
- Location data: while a driver has an active delivery journey in progress, the App accesses device location to support navigation and journey tracking. Location is not collected when a journey is not active.
- Photos: proof-of-delivery photos captured by drivers, used to confirm successful delivery.
- Advertising identifiers: the App displays ads using Google AdMob, which may collect device advertising identifiers and related technical data to serve ads. See "Third-Party Services" below.
- Device and usage data: standard technical information such as device model, operating system version, and crash or performance logs, used to maintain and improve the App.
How We Use Information
- To operate core App features: assigning deliveries, letting drivers select and complete them, and recording proof of delivery.
- To display advertisements that help keep the App free to use.
- To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App's performance and reliability.
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each of which processes certain data under its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob: used to display banner and interstitial ads. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and device information to serve ads, which may be personalized based on your activity. Google's practices are described at https://policies.google.com/privacy, and ad personalization can be managed through your device's ad settings.
- Cloudinary: used to securely store and deliver proof-of-delivery photos uploaded through the App.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data Retention and Security
We retain delivery records and proof-of-delivery photos for as long as reasonably necessary for operational and record-keeping purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices

Children's Privacy
Delivery Tracker Pro is intended for use by branch administrators and drivers as part of workplace delivery operations, and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
